With the freedom to roam and the comfort of a fully-equipped campervan, Lake Tahoe becomes your ultimate year-round getaway.

Lake Tahoe Freedom

This is one of the great privileges of a campervan: the freedom to explore Lake Tahoe at your own pace. Seeking a secluded beach or a hidden hiking trail? The choice is yours. Every turn offers a new adventure waiting to be discovered.

Compact Adventure Essentials

Our campervans are designed for compact convenience, with a bed, fridge, hot plate, sink, and camp chairs to make your trip stress-free. From remote wilderness to stunning lakeshores, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable adventure.

Compact Tahoe Travel

The curvy, narrow roads and packed parking lots at Lake Tahoe are no match for our campervans. Compact and easy to park, they can squeeze into spots where full-sized RVs can’t — no hassle, just pure fun.

Plan Your Adventure!

Lake Tahoe offers endless incredible destinations to explore. Start with Emerald Bay State Park for breathtaking hikes and paddles around Fannette Island. Head to Sand Harbor on Nevada’s side for crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and paddling. Take the Mount Tallac Trail for sweeping lake views from above. For a mix of outdoor fun, shopping, and people-watching, visit Heavenly Village. In the winter, enjoy world-class skiing at Squaw Valley Ski Resort.

Emerald Bay State Park

Looking for the ultimate Instagram shot? Emerald Bay’s turquoise waters and Fannette Island are picture-perfect. Hike to the lookout or paddle a kayak for breathtaking views that will leave your followers in awe.

Sand Harbor State park

If you’re craving sandy toes, crystal-clear waters, paddleboarding, or just a refreshing swim, head to Sand Harbor. Once you’re there, you might never want to leave—this spot is the ultimate beach lover’s paradise.

Mount Tallac Trail

Ready to break a sweat? The Mount Tallac Trail offers breathtaking views, but you’ll have to earn them. At 10 miles round trip, this challenging hike isn’t for the faint-hearted, but the stunning view of Lake Tahoe from the summit will leave you speechless—if the climb hasn’t already!

Kings Beach

For a laid-back lakeside vibe, Kings Beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or renting a kayak, with a small nearby town offering a few great dining options. Just don’t forget the sunscreen—you don’t want to end up like me, looking like a lobster the next day!

Tahoe Rim Trail

For wanderers, the Tahoe Rim Trail is an incredible way to soak in Tahoe’s stunning wilderness. You don’t need to tackle the entire 165 miles—a day hike offers plenty of breathtaking mountain views and serene forest vibes.

Vikingsholm

Vikingsholm, a Scandinavian-style mansion nestled right on the shores of Emerald Bay, should be your next stop. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time, and the guided tour is a great way to get some culture with your outdoor recreation.

Why Campervans Beat RVs for Exploring Lake Tahoe:

A campervan is the ultimate way to discover Lake Tahoe—spacious, self-contained, and offering the freedom and flexibility of an RV without the hassle. Unlike traditional RVs, campervans are nimble and easy to drive, perfect for navigating Tahoe’s winding mountain roads and tight campsites. You’ll spend less time searching for parking near Kings Beach or Emerald Bay, and with better fuel efficiency, more time exploring and less at the pump. Whether you’re hiking the trails or relaxing by the lake, a campervan makes every adventure effortless.
