Spring Break Trip: Zion & Bryce National Park Tour – From Vegas then Back Home

  • Day 1 – Fly into Las Vegas from Boise, Salt Lake City, or Spokane

Pick up your Van and hit the road for a Spring Break Adventure. 

Drive to Zion National Park area - 160 Miles/2.6 hrs. (Reserve a campground in advance) Get your camp setup for the week and start exploring the area.  

  • Day 2/3 – Spend the days exploring the Zion National Park area. 

  • Day 4/5/6 – Drive north to Bryce Canyon National Park and tour the area, there’s a variety of hiking and areas to explore – 86 Miles/1.75 hrs. Stay overnight at your campsite you reserved in advance.

  • Optionally drive north to Visit Capitol Reef National Park, but this adds roughly 60 miles into the park and 1.25 hours of driving time in and out. 

  • Day 7 - finally drive north to SLC and drop off the van - 234 Miles/3.75 hrs.

Trip Summary – 516 Miles/8.5 hrs. driving over 6/7 days. Optionally shorten this trip by 1 or 2 days if you choose.
