Redwoods and the Oregon Coast

The Oregon Coast is a great place to visit in the summer time with numerable campgrounds and cool temperatures. At the southern end of the Oregon Coast is Redwood National and State Parks which contain amazing trees and trails perfect for many adventures. A Wandervans Campervan is a great way to explore the coast and then point it south to the Redwoods.

Zion/Bryce Canyon

From the Red Rock deserts to the lush alpine forest around Park City Utah has miles of trails to suit everyone. When it is summer time Park City provides a nice relief from the heat or you can escape the cold in the fall and spring by making a trip down to St. George or Moab. A Wandervans Campervan is a great way to experience the state.

Ponderosa State Park

Just out side of McCall is a crown jewel of the Idaho State Park system. Ponderosa State is on a peninsula that juts into Payette Lake and contains a great system of campgrounds and miles of trails to hike and bike or beaches to relax on.

Baker City, Oregon

Baker City is a historic town on the Oregon Trail and has lots of history in the downtown area, but is usually passed over by most travelers. There are two main areas to visit in the Baker City area with your Wandervan campervan, the first one is south of town in the Phillips Lake area and the second is north of town in the Anthony Lakes area.

Joshua Tree and Death Valley National Park

Joshua Tree and Death Valley National Park are great destinations during the winter months since they provide a nice escape from the cold and some warm temperatures and adventure. Death Valley is only 10 hours from Boise and has some great campervan camping in the park and there are a number of options and locations to choose from depending on your location.
